Privacy Policy

Last updated June 7, 2026

Citadel Culebra (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have — including specific rights for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you enroll, reserve a seat, purchase a course or product, join our list, or contact us.

  • Identifiers — your full name, email address, and phone number.
  • Commercial information — products or courses you purchase or express interest in.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.
  • Usage data — basic, aggregated information about how you use the site, used to keep it working and improve it.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your enrollment, purchases, and subscription and provide the courses and services you sign up for.
  • Contact you about your account, your enrollment, and products or launches you asked to hear about.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the platform and comply with our legal obligations.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the school, and only as needed to provide our services:

  • Stripe — to process payments and subscriptions.
  • Email and lead-management providers — to deliver your enrollment details to our team and send you updates you requested.
  • Service providers for hosting, analytics, and security.
  • Legal authorities, where required by law.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to and a copy of that information; to request deletion; to request correction of inaccurate information; and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at incoming@citadelculebra.com. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in California without authorization). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Questions or requests? Email incoming@citadelculebra.com.
