What we collect, and when

We collect data at a few clear moments:

• When you click Enroll, Reserve a seat, or Lock in the founding rate — we collect your full name, email, and phone number before sending you to checkout, so our team can reach you about your enrollment.
• When you purchase — our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment and billing details directly. We receive a confirmation and your basic order details, not your full card number.
• When you join our list — we collect your name and email to send the updates you asked for.
• When you use the site — we collect minimal, mostly aggregated technical data needed to run and secure it.

Why we collect it

Every field has a purpose. Name, email, and phone let us deliver your enrollment details, give you support, and reach you about your account and the products you asked about. Payment data lets us fulfill your purchase. We never collect data we don’t have a clear use for.

Who processes it

We use a small set of trusted processors:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Our email/lead tools — routing your enrollment details to our team inbox (incoming@citadelculebra.com) and sending updates you opted into.
• Hosting, analytics, and security providers — to keep the platform running safely.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with the processors above, only to provide the service you signed up for.

How long we keep it & your controls

We keep your data only as long as needed to provide our services or meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

• Access, correct, or delete your data — email incoming@citadelculebra.com.
• Unsubscribe from emails — use the link in any email we send.
• Cancel your subscription — anytime, from your account or by contacting us.
• California residents — exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights as described in our Privacy Policy.
